Reminder to the visitor

For magical theatre experiences

  • When choosing performances, it is important to observe productions’ age recommendations.
  • It is not possible to sell additional tickets to sold-out performances.
  • Ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are exchanged or refunded only if the performance is cancelled. We advise considering the possibility of ticket insurance.
  • Performances will begin on time.
  • Latecomers will not be admitted to the performance. The theatre will not compensate tickets that are not used due to late arrival.
  • Tickets are checked before entering the auditorium (physical tickets or on a smart device).
  • All visitors regardless of age must have a ticket.
  • Visitors with a discount ticket must be ready to present an ID confirming their discount eligibility.
  • Depending on the production, auditorium doors open anywhere from 20 minutes to right before the performance begins.
  • When hearing a signal before the performance or at the end of the intermission, please head to the auditorium.
  • It is not permitted to photograph or film the performance, or to use phones or other devices with bright screens during the performance.
  • Theatre is an art that requires silence. Speaking to your neighbour during the performance may disturb actors onstage as well as other viewers in the auditorium.
  • During the performance, you may exit the auditorium only in case of urgent need. When returning, you will be guided to a free seat near the entrance or on the balcony. It is not possible to return to the auditorium in the case of productions for young viewers and adults performed in the Small Hall.
  • The audience is not permitted to step on the stage floor – neither before nor after the performance.
  • Snacks and drinks can be enjoyed in the café; eating and drinking is not allowed in the auditorium.
  • If the audience fails to follow the rules, the theatre has a right to stop the performance or ask the disruptive viewer to leave the auditorium. The ticket of the viewer being asked to leave because of disruptive behaviour will not be compensated. The theatre has a right to claim damages from the disruptive viewer regarding the cancelled performance.
  • Visitors who have fallen ill or feel unwell are advised to stay at home. The decision to stay at home will be easier with ticket insurance.

The theatre appreciates your understanding and wishes you pleasant and uninterrupted theatre experiences!
